•    Constructing a new underground, secondary metered electric service to the conference building.  Installing a new diesel standby generator and selective upgrades to the existing electric systems and equipment.  Electrical distribution from the Gate Tower to the rest of the village complex will be disconnected and made safe.
•    Installation of new underground service connection to include constructing and underground concrete standby generator, duct bank, installation of manholes and handholes and the construction of a transformer pad with oil containment.
